At Medical Expert Health, we value the security of your personal data. This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform everyone who visits our website (https://medicalexperthealth.com), fills in our forms or contacts us by phone, WhatsApp or email.

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Medical Expert Health as the data controller, as described below.

2. Personal Data We Process

Identity: Name and surname.
Contact: Phone number and email address.
Request and transaction data: The service you select, appointment date, the subject and content of your message, your appointment notes and our replies.
Health data (special category): Only health information you voluntarily share in form notes, conversations or documents.
Transaction security data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, contact links clicked, date and time, and an anonymous session-based visitor ID.
Marketing data: The email address you provide for our newsletter, your cookie preferences and, if you consent, usage data collected by analytics/marketing cookies.

3. Purposes of Processing

Receiving, planning, confirming and reminding you of your appointment requests,
Answering your questions, requests and complaints and contacting you by phone, WhatsApp or email,
Providing our hair transplant and home care services,
Sending campaigns and announcements if you have given consent or subscribed to our newsletter,
Ensuring the security of the website and admin panel and preventing and detecting misuse (bots, spam, unauthorised access),
Analysing site usage and improving our services, if you consent,
Fulfilling legal obligations, responding to authorised authorities and protecting our rights in possible disputes.

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds of (c) the establishment or performance of a contract, (ç) compliance with legal obligations, (e) the establishment, exercise or protection of a right and (f) our legitimate interests (site security, misuse prevention), provided this does not harm your fundamental rights. Newsletter and campaign messages and analytics/marketing cookies are processed only with your explicit consent (Article 5/1). Health data is processed under Article 6 with your explicit consent or, where the law permits, by persons under a duty of confidentiality for medical diagnosis and treatment.

5. How We Collect Data

Your data is collected electronically through the appointment, quick appointment, contact and newsletter forms on our website, phone calls, WhatsApp and email correspondence, and automatically through the website (server logs and cookies).

6. Transfers

For the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your data may be shared with authorised public institutions (upon request), our hosting and IT infrastructure providers, our email service provider (Google) and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising providers (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta). As some of these providers have servers abroad, such transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.

7. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and the statutory limitation periods, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Website visit and transaction logs (IP address, device information, pages visited) are kept for a limited period for security purposes and deleted automatically afterwards. Your newsletter subscription continues until you unsubscribe.

8. Your Rights (Article 11)

To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
To know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
To request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7,
To request that corrections, deletions or destructions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
To object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

9. How to Apply

You can send your requests, together with information verifying your identity, to medicalexperthealth@gmail.com. Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
